Rules of transportation of children when ordering buses in Khabarovsk

The organization of safe and comfortable transportation of groups of minor children by bus for leisure, educational and recreational purposes is becoming an increasingly popular service in the market segment of passenger transportation. Conditions of organization of such events by the carrier are regulated by regulatory acts approved by the Government of the Russian Federation and binding from 1.07.2017.

• license for transportation of children;

• staff of drivers with the rights of category "D", having experience of 12 months without administrative penalties.

• speed limiting devices;
• recoil stops;
• tachographs;
• GPS navigators;
• first aid kits and fire extinguishers;
• air conditioning system;
• Direct communication with the driver.

Passengers are legally protected from emergency situations on the way with a package of permits (including civil insurance policy).
